In order to test the system, two parties, who desire to make a test deal, shall create an account for each party, plus their reconciliators (peacemakers), two for each party, each shall create an account, as well.
So, in total 6 accounts must be registered in the system.
In order to register an agreement:
- Select two peacemakers in your profile (you shall invite them to join the system, and they shall create their accounts in the system in advance). When they approve your request to become your peacemaker by clicking “approve” to the request in their profiles, they will become your registered peacemakers. In case a claim arises on a deal you’re a party to, the peacemakers will be notified and will become parties of the claim’s resolution.
- In Contracts select “Make a contract” with the other party of the test deal. Furtheron, the deal may be closed as planned, or a claim may be made on a deal. In the latter case, the two peacemakers registered by each of the parties for this deal (the total of 4 peacemakers) are notified by the system, and from the moment of notification they have 72 hours to come to a solution and settle the argument. In case the argument is not settled within 72 hours, it is escalated to the next level (“peacemakers of the peacemakers” are notified).
